Hello!

I’m Charlotte and I know how overwhelming baby sleep can be as an experienced maternity nurse and nanny and as a mum of two, trust me when I say, I get it!

It’s why I now help tired parents get better sleep without cry it out, strict routines and generic advice. My approach is completely bespoke to your child (and you!) because no two babies or parents are the same.

Motherhood didn’t come as easy to me as I expected. If I’m honest, I thought it would be a breeze with my expertise and experience however, I struggled.

I was sleep deprived, overwhelmed and had no idea how to cope. I would dread bedtimes, and hate the constant wake ups all evening. I’d feel guilty for contact napping because I just wanted to get stuff done and looking back, I probably wished the time away a little which makes me really sad now.

Living through this just made me realise just how much sleep affects everything.

And once I found an approach that worked for me and my baby, everything changed.

That’s when I knew I wanted to help other families do the same - because it really doesn’t have to be this hard.

(AND...no, you don’t have to do ‘cry it out’ or have strict routines. You don’t need to follow generic schedules and advice and hope it works!)

Evenings weren’t relaxing. I felt anxious about the night ahead, after running on empty all day.

I was overthinking every nap and bedtime, just wanting someone to tell me what to do and what would actually work.

At one point, I even googled whether someone could come in and “teach” my baby to sleep.

In my head, I planned I wouldn’t be there so I didn’t have to hear the upset, and somehow the next day everything would magically be fixed.

But you don’t need to hand your baby over.
And you don’t need to figure this out alone.
