App Naps - do you use an app?

If using an app for naps works for you and your baby, great!

However, I would say 90% of my clients come to me and say they have tried an app to get naps right and they have had no success, it is then a lot of stress and frustration as to why the app just does not seem to work for them.

These apps are based on averages and not every baby falls into these averages. Some have higher sleep needs, some have lower sleep needs, some need shorter wake
windows and some longer.

The apps are also built to recognise patterns and therefore predict the next sleep but
they can’t optimise sleep!
